Obituary of Sammy Cosman

The death of William “Sammy” Donald Cosman of Minto, NB occurred Sunday, January 14, 2024 at the Chalmers Regional Hospital.

Born in Minto, NB on Wednesday, February 8^th, 1956, he was the son of the late Forest “Bill” and Margaret (Quigley) Cosman.

Survived by daughters, Angela McKellar and Lisa Cosman (Fasquel); grandchildren, Jerisa, Jett, Jaxx, Nadia and Monika; brother, Derek “Duke” (Sue); sisters, Barbara Paul and Roxanne Rushton; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to Sammy’s parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Carol (Haydock) Cosman.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 18th 2024 from 2-4PM and 6-8PM at Hogg Funeral & Cremation Services (10 King Street, Minto NB). Funeral service to take place on Friday, January 19th at 11:00AM at the Minto Community Chapel (10 King Street, Minto). A reception will immediately follow the funeral service at the Minto Senior's Hall (11O'Leary Lane, Minto), interment will take place at a later date in the spring.
